The Courtyard App provides a comprehensive platform for authorized residents to manage visitor access and communication efficiently. Users can invite guests, establish permanent guest profiles, and register contractors with ease. The app also offers functionalities to view upcoming board meetings and facilitate direct contact with security personnel through a click-to-call feature, as well as correspondence with the property management via email.

Upon registration, residents can invite guests by email directly from their device. Invited guests receive a QR code, which security personnel can scan to grant access, along with a map indicating the location of the residence for convenience.
